Digital Programs & Services (All Sales Final)

All sales are final for the following:

LaunchHER™ Business Experience
LogisticsHER™
Business consulting services
Digital products, trainings, and downloadable materials

Due to the immediate access to proprietary information, business strategies, and digital content, no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be provided once a purchase is made or access has been granted.

Physical Products (Ms. Erica Product Lines – Salt Products)

Due to the nature of consumable goods, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

If approved, we will offer:

A replacement product or
Store credit, at our discretion

Product-to-Porch™ Delivery

Delivery fees are non-refundable once an order has been processed and dispatched.

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

Incorrect or incomplete address
Customer unavailability
Failure to respond to delivery attempts

You may be required to pay an additional delivery fee for redelivery.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By completing a purchase on this website, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve the issue.

Any chargeback initiated for services rendered or products delivered in accordance with this policy may result in:

Immediate termination of access to programs or services
Revocation of any digital products or materials
Additional action taken to recover funds

Exceptions
